Role: Remote Volunteers Coordinator (Volunteer, Pro Bono) Location: Remote About the Role: As our Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in recruiting, organizing, and supporting remote volunteers for a variety of critical roles, including Social Media Managers, Video Content Creators, Cause Ambassadors, Crowdfunding Specialists, and more. You’ll help us build a community of skilled, motivated individuals who share our commitment to animal welfare and want to contribute to our mission. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a recruitment plan to attract skilled volunteers for various roles, such as social media, video production, and community engagement. Manage the onboarding process, including interviews, orientation, and role assignments. Provide ongoing support to volunteers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
