Collaborating with the Training Manager to develop and sustain a training plan for your department. Managing and overseeing intern programs to ensure proper onboarding and support. Overseeing payroll submissions to ensure timely and accurate processing. Developing and maintaining the content of the personnel handbook to ensure clarity and consistency in organizational policies. Performing key human resources functions, including hiring, firing, and handling internal complaints.
