The New Mexico Ramp Project (NMRP) is seeking two skilled and proactive Grants/Report Writer Coordinators to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will be responsible for securing funding and ensuring that all reporting requirements for grants are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing compelling grant proposals to secure funding for NMRP projects.
  • Identifying and researching potential funding sources to support the organization's mission.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with funding agencies to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Overseeing and generating reports required for the completion of funding agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Finance Manager to develop budgets for funding proposals.

Mission Statement

The New Mexico Ramp Project is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit that provides free ramps for older adults and people with mobility issues across New Mexico. These are identified by local health care providers and organizations knowing the financial and medical condition of the individual. Volunteer labor is used to build the ramps. Ramps are built without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, age or gender.

Our vision is that no New Mexico resident with mobility issues shall lack safe access to their residence because of financial limitations.
