In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data collection strategies, monitoring program progress, and evaluating outcomes to ensure our initiatives make a measurable impact. You will also identify key metrics, set milestones, and leverage tools that automate data collection and analysis. This position is ideal for someone who can manage these responsibilities autonomously and who has a passion for using data to drive social impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation strategies to track the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. Design data collection methods and utilize tools and apps that automate data gathering and reporting. Analyze data to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
