Position: Marketing and Promotion Manager Location: Remote Time commitment: Flexible Hours Description: As the Marketing and Promotion Manager for STEM Canada, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our advanced STEM-based educational curriculum. This position requires a creative and analytical mind to effectively communicate our mission of delivering top-notch STEM literacy and application to students from preschool to high school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for STEM education and the ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with students, parents, educators, and industry partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote STEM Canada's programs and initiatives. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing assets. Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Manage relationships with media outlets and coordinate press releases and public relations efforts. Organize and oversee promotional events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase STEM Canada's offerings. Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, industry leaders, and community organizations to expand STEM Canada's reach. Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Stay updated on STEM education trends and incorporate them into marketing initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and volunteers. Position Purpose: The Volunteer Dean of Medical Sciences - Specialized Clinical and Surgical Fields plays a crucial role in advancing interdisciplinary and emerging areas within medical science. This position involves developing and implementing educational programs in various supplementary fields, training and mentoring volunteer instructors, coordinating activities, and guiding students and faculty in integrating innovative and holistic approaches to healthcare. Qualifications: - Strong help for the medical sciences instructional platform's intention, vision, and values. - Experience in medical and surgical domain names inclusive of radiology, anesthesiology, emergency remedy, and plastic surgical treatment. - Proven management skills in an academic or healthcare putting, appreciably in scientific schooling or surgical education -Experience with curriculum creation and volunteer control is favored. - A Minimum of one season or equivalent experience in educational leadership, preferably in healthcare or medical sciences. - Post-Graduate Qualification: MD, MD PhD , or PhD in appropriate field is needed.
