We take our expertise, our experiences and turn them into action. Think you would be a good fit? Get in touch with us for more information! I have been with Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women since 2022 and they care about the children in our community. They are a place where individuals with no skills can come and learn new skills for future jobs. I highly recommend volunteering there. If you love helping the community and love children this is definitely the place. If you want to learn skills this is also definitely the place. Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women have been around nearly 20+ years helping the community young and old. I don't know where I would be without them. They helped me out tremendously.

Reason why I am posting is because I just noticed that they are on this site seeking help. To the point. I have been there for three months in 2012 and this place is shady and on top of that, unprofessional. UNTRUSTWORTHY: They get grants/donations. If they are material items (computers, event decorations, etc.) they are put into the organization, BUT money-wise, that's received and transferred into their pockets. Money is being kept by them and not reinvested back into the community and/or organization. UNPROFESSIONAL: The CEO and his wife slips in and out from time to time. Not much is organized. No long-term nor mid-term goals, computer files are in disarray, important decisions are made on-the-spot without much thought, management is virtually nonexistent, and board member, logos, company letters, website, network, work itself are lacking productivity. Have asked former volunteers, interns, work-study employees, worker's comp employees and it is almost unanimous feeling
