Remember the ToothFairy (RTF) is a student-led nonprofit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area that focuses on instilling healthy brushing habits in children through early dental education and exposure. We mainly help children from low-income and disadvantaged communities through our three service programs: donating toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and other types of dental hygiene equipment, hosting interactive, educational outreach events at elementary schools, nonprofits, as well as community organizations, and partnering with dental clinics to provide discounts and easier access to oral health. We are looking for a social media manager who has past experience with planning and creating social media content to join our team and oversee the 3 current social media team members. You will be in charge of planning social media posts, assigning tasks to the team members, hosting bi-weekly team meetings, and managing/growing our social media pages. Qualifications Must currently be a student (high school, college, graduate) Able to commit for 1 year (all of 2025) Previous experience with content idea generation, creation, and account growth on social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok Previous experience in leadership positions (especially on social media teams)

Our Outreach volunteers bring their personality and creativity to the public, serving a crucial role in bridging their community and Remember the ToothFairy. As an outreach volunteer your main role will be to bridge the community and our organization. You will be asked to put together/distribute care packages, host donation drives, and help promote RTF in person and online at various community outreach events to spread the word about our organization! This opportunity can be done is both in person and online. All volunteers will have to take part in a virtual orientation. Outreach Volunteer Application: https://forms.gle/epd5mv88h3moj7be7 You also have the chance to become an Onsite Outreach Volunteer, where you will engage children at schools, community centers, after school/summer programs, about the importance of a healthy brushing routine through various activities ranging from arts & crafts, games, and more. This type of volunteer is more selective, and will have a short written application as well as a 1 hour online training, as well as a virtual orientation. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for overseeing the volunteer program, including the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to support the organization’s mission. This role involves fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for volunteers, ensuring that volunteer opportunities align with organizational needs, and managing volunteer recognition programs. Our team understands that poor oral health goes beyond cavities and gum diseases. In fact, children who have bad brushing habits often miss school more and receive lower grades than children that don’t. Through our service events, fundraisers, chapters, and partnerships, Remember the ToothFairy is ensuring a future with healthy smiles. From our members to our volunteers, we are devoted to the mission of helping as many children as we can. We are seeking an enthusiastic Fundraising Lead to join our team. The Fundraising Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and helping execute in person and online fundraisers, as well as helping generate ways to promote our fundraisers to gain maximum profit. The Fundraising Lead will also be in charge of all the volunteers on our Fundraising Team. Duties - Coordinate 1 fundraising events per month - Communicate with executive team about outreach events that are happening - Manage and communicate with volunteers to help out at fundraising events - Work with our social media team to help market fundraising events to gain maximum profit Skills - Strong supervisory and volunteer management skills - Past leadership experience (best if it has to do with fundraising, but any leadership experience is acceptable) - Excellent project management capabilities - Strong public speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate messages
