Remember the ToothFairy (RTF) is a student-led nonprofit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area that focuses on instilling healthy brushing habits in children through early dental education and exposure. We mainly help children from low-income and disadvantaged communities through our three service programs: donating toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and other types of dental hygiene equipment, hosting interactive, educational outreach events at elementary schools, nonprofits, as well as community organizations, and partnering with dental clinics to provide discounts and easier access to oral health.
We are looking for a Volunteer Manager to join our Executive Team. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for overseeing the volunteer program, including the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to support the organization’s mission. This role involves fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for volunteers, ensuring that volunteer opportunities align with organizational needs, and managing volunteer recognition programs.

Our team understands that poor oral health goes beyond cavities and gum diseases. In fact, children who have bad brushing habits often miss school more and receive lower grades than children that don’t. Through our service events, fundraisers, chapters, and partnerships, Remember the ToothFairy is ensuring a future with healthy smiles. From our members to our volunteers, we are devoted to the mission of helping as many children as we can.
