Grind Factory and You're Perfectly Imperfect are dedicated to providing top-tier competition and development experiences for youth athletes. We are seeking an experienced, passionate coach to join our teams and help guide our athletes to success both on and off the field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead training sessions for youth and teen athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and strategy for 7v7 football. Provide individualized feedback and coaching to players to help them improve technique and performance. Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment where athletes feel supported and encouraged. Foster sportsmanship, leadership, and personal development in all players. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to plan and execute practices, games, and events. Attend team meetings, games, and tournaments as required. Serve as a role model for athletes, demonstrating commitment, integrity, and a passion for the sport. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable coaching experience in youth and/or teen football. Strong knowledge of 7v7 football techniques, strategies, and rules. Proven ability to motivate and engage youth athletes, building their confidence and skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to the needs of different players. Previous experience coaching at an elite or competitive level is highly preferred but not required. Strong understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional development of youth athletes. A passion for mentoring young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to submit to and complete a background check.
