Ten Lives Cat Rescue is committed to saving homeless, abused, and abandoned cats by providing veterinary care, rehabilitation services, and then placing them into loving adoptive homes. We are dedicated to giving a second chance to those who have been forgotten: seniors, the physically and emotionally scarred, the behaviorally challenged, and those who need critical medical care. Along with our immediate mission to rescue cats, Ten Lives is dedicated to educating communities about cat overpopulation and inspiring change.

I started fostering with TLCR this summer and have been so overwhelmed by what a kind and supportive community TLCR has fostered with their volunteers. I could not recommend them enough!

I have been fostering and volunteering with Ten Lives Cat Rescue since 9/2018! Fostering and volunteering with Ten Lives has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience not just for me, but for my entire family. What started as basically kitten fever has turned into part of my every day life. I started out fostering and since then I have taken on volunteer roles of increasing responsibility. There really isn't anything that I haven't done. In addition to making a difference in the community cat population we serve, I have learned more than I thought possible about cats, taught my children through action about compassion for animals, and made an incredible network of friends that are just as passionate about the well being of cats. underserved population of cats and 3.5 years later I can proudly say that we do just that. As the Intake Coordinator, there is not a cat that w

I came into this rescue because I wanted to snuggle on cats and kittens. My cat was VERY against that, but the rescue worked with me to help me find my niche. I have had over a 100 feral cats in my possession to help them get spayed/neutered and vaccinated. This rescue is a strong willed group of people wanting to do the best for cats. Period. If you want to help, there is no offering too small or too large. There is a job for everyone. We can always use more help, because more help means a greater outreach to our feline friends.

What an amazing organization! I have been volunteering with Ten Lives since summer 2020, helping with their social media, fundraising events, and their TNR program. Everyone is wonderful and easy to work with, showing a passion for volunteering and helping cats like I've never seen anywhere else.

I have fostered, adopted, and volunteered with Ten Lives since 2019. The organization has a lot of heart and puts all that heart into the cats they care so deeply for. All the other volunteers are kind and friendly and always available to help and answer any questions that come up for new volunteers. I very highly recommend Ten Lives Cat Rescue for anyone looking to volunteer and help out our feline friends!

Ten Lives is a truly amazing organization that values every cat who comes into their care. Volunteering for them has been one of the most rewarding experiences and I am so proud to be part of this group of people! Every volunteer wants to make a difference and it is incredible what they accomplish when everyone works together. I would 100% recommend volunteering for Ten Lives, even if you are not able to foster there are so many other ways to help!

Volunteering with Ten Lives Cat Rescue has been an amazing experience. All of TLCR's volunteers are lovely and you really feel the love of cats (and their people!) when working with them. There are lots of different types of opportunities through the organization and I highly recommend it!

I am both an adopter and a foster with this org, and I can confidently say Ten Lives cares deeply about the well-being of cats. Volunteering can include (but is certainly not limited to) fostering a cat, and as a first-time foster I've felt both supported and encouraged in my desire to help the local feline population. A great group of folks, 10/10!

I have been a volunteer with Ten Lives Cat Rescue for almost three years- I became a volunteer a few months after I rescued my two cats from them. After learning of more about the rescue, I felt an overwhelming need to give back to the incredible organization that saved my cats from an uncertain fate. Ten Lives Cat Rescue is 100% volunteer run, and every single person involved is extremely passionate about saving/helping cats. The support system within our volunteer group is incredible- everyone is willing to help their fellow volunteers, whether they are new/need guidance, have specific questions, need help with transportation to vet appointments, and more. I have learned so much and have gained some wonderful friends through this rescue, and I love that I’m able to make a difference in helping the cats in our community. I HIGHLY recommend volunteering with Ten Lives Cat Rescue!

Volunteering with Ten Lives Cat Rescue has been a great experience for me and for my family. Every volunteer is invested in the success of the organization and the best possible outcomes for the cats we take in. If you are thinking of joining the team I'd say don't hesitate! There is something for everyone to do, no matter if you are looking for something big or small.

I’ve been a volunteer/foster parent for Ten Lives since 2018. The rescue truly cares about their cause and helping cats in need in the community. I’ve met a lot of wonderful, like-minded people through volunteering and picked up lots of new skills like trapping cats and caring for a sick animal. This experience has definitely given me a sense of fulfillment that only keeping animals in need can give.

I have been a foster, volunteer and adopter with TLCR since 2018. It has been one of the most amazing experiences to have the opportunity to watch TL grow from 2018 to present. I continue to be constantly BLOWN AWAY by the work that Ten Lives does. Every single year since inception, (including during a pandemic!), TL continues to help save more and more cats! I genuinely cannot recommend a more worthy rescue to volunteer with. If you want to make an impact and support a hardworking, dedicated rescue that continuously goes above and beyond (helping those in greatest need-seniors, ill etc)-TL is the rescue to join! TL has amazing leadership and BIG goals for the future. TL is a close-knit team comprised of some of the most caring, kindhearted, compassionate, selfless & giving humans I have ever met. I am constantly blown away by the level of support, commitment & teamwork. Volunteers care not only about cats, but also each other. I hope you will join our incredible and life-saving team!!
