Cat & Kitten Foster Care Parent

Every volunteer foster parent that opens their heart and home allows us to save a life. Friendly adoptable cats that are left on the street to fend for themselves are in great risk of being harmed and abused. Cats and kittens sitting in overcrowded shelters are at risk of getting sick and being euthanized for space. Our foster homes give them the chance at the life they deserve. A cat foster parent provides a caring and temporary home for cats & kittens in need. They offer shelter, love, patience, and attention to our feline companions who may be recovering from illness, trauma, or simply in search of a forever home. Foster parents also provide transportation to and from adoption events and all necessary vet appointments if needed. Foster parents ensure the cats' physical and emotional well-being, provide nourishing meals, a safe environment, and social interaction. Their dedication helps these cats build trust, heal, and prepare for adoption into loving families, offering them a second chance at a happy and secure life. We provide each foster home with all the necessary starter supplies they need if desired (food, litter, litter boxes, bedding, treats, toys, and crate), unless the foster home would like to provide these as an in kind gift. We also cover all the medical care costs for all of our cats & kittens from our approved Veterinarian partners. Lastly, Mentorship! You never have to worry about feeling alone, our Foster mentors are easily accessible to you for all of your questions, concerns and to guide you on everything & anything. Then we’ve got the *purrfect* volunteer opportunity for you! We’re looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving volunteers to join our FUN Committee! As part of this dynamic team, you’ll help come up with unique event ideas, plan and execute those events (from coordinating vendors to crafting swag bags!), and raise much-needed funds to support our rescue cats. Your Role on the FUN Committee: - Dream up exciting and creative event ideas - Plan and manage events, both in-person and virtual (think small gatherings to large fundraisers!) - Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and our team to pull off these amazing events - Help create swag bags, phone solicit for donations, and get creative with ways to raise funds - Research fun new ways to engage our community and maximize our fundraising efforts This is the ultimate gig for anyone who loves to host parties, organize epic gatherings, or simply wants to make a real difference for cats in need-all while having a great time! TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) In Field Trapping Volunteers

In Field Trapping We need volunteer teams to help assist with in field trapping for TNR(Trap-Neuter-Return) projects that we will be working on. Duties will include transport equipment to and from trapping locations, provide demonstrations on how to operate traps (when applicable), Set up traps, monitor/check traps, prepare documentation for the cats who have been trapped, and prepare the cats for overnight holding care for their TNR Services.*
