Virtual Business Assistant

The Onither K. Bell Foundation (formerly River City Youth) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Business Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, managing communication, and supporting our mission-driven programs. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact. Qualifications Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello). Familiarity with nonprofit operations (preferred). Our focus is to provide academic support as well as enrichment opportunities to youth in the areas of creative arts, fitness and health, and social outreach.
