The Onither K. Bell Foundation (formerly River City Youth) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Business Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, managing communication, and supporting our mission-driven programs. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact.

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello).
• Familiarity with nonprofit operations (preferred).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
