About Us We are looking for a talented and motivated AI engineer to join our team and develop a customer service co-pilot called Caddy. Caddy is an AI-powered co-pilot designed to assist customer service representatives by quickly and accurately finding and sharing information from reliable sources. Responsibilities Implement the Caddy AI customer service co-pilot based on the design outlined in the Github repo: https://github.com/i-dot-ai/caddy-chatbot Train and fine-tune the AI model to ensure it provides accurate and relevant information to customer service representatives. Develop a user-friendly interface for the co-pilot that is easy for customer service representatives to use. Integrate the co-pilot with existing customer service systems. Monitor the performance of the co-pilot and make improvements as needed. Work closely with the customer service team to understand their needs and ensure that the co-pilot is meeting their expectations. Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Experience with natural language processing (NLP). Experience with building chatbots or virtual assistants. Strong software development skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points Experience working with customer service systems. Experience with the Cloud Platform.
