About Us
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI engineer to join our team and develop a customer service co-pilot called Caddy. Caddy is an AI-powered co-pilot designed to assist customer service representatives by quickly and accurately finding and sharing information from reliable sources.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Caddy AI customer service co-pilot based on the design outlined in the Github repo: https://github.com/i-dot-ai/caddy-chatbot
- Train and fine-tune the AI model to ensure it provides accurate and relevant information to customer service representatives.
- Develop a user-friendly interface for the co-pilot that is easy for customer service representatives to use.
- Integrate the co-pilot with existing customer service systems.
- Monitor the performance of the co-pilot and make improvements as needed.
- Work closely with the customer service team to understand their needs and ensure that the co-pilot is meeting their expectations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with building chatbots or virtual assistants.
- Strong software development skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
