Established in 1965, CTI’s core service area is the Greater Lowell area consisting of the city of Lowell and the seven surrounding towns of Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, and Westford. The agency is organized into a Division structure with related programs falling under each of its four Divisions. These include the Division of Child and Family Services, Housing and Homelessness Services, Energy and Community Resources. CTI is governed by 24-member Board of Directors comprised of equal numbers of low-income people, public officials, and representatives of the private sector. Community Teamwork, Inc. (CTI) served 32,016 individuals and 12,959 families last year. Our clients are low-income people, many of whom are homeless and in need of assistance in the re-housing process.
