Role Overview We are seeking a Google Ads Campaign Manager to help maximize our online visibility, increase donations, and engage supporters worldwide in funding the establishment and maintenance of the shelter in Southern Madagascar. This position is volunteer-based, and you will manage Google Ads campaigns with a $10,000 budget, promoting the project to raise essential resources. Time commitment is flexible, so you can adapt your involvement to your personal schedule. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development Collaborate with the leadership team to define clear fundraising goals and target audiences. Develop a Google Ads strategy aligned with the organization’s vision and financial objectives, with a focus on supporting women in Southern Madagascar. Campaign Creation & Management Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) while effectively utilizing the $10,000 budget. Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy to reach potential donors effectively. Develop landing pages as needed, in coordination with the team or using existing website platforms. Optimization & Analysis Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve a high return on ad spend (ROAS) and strong conversion rates. Analyze data and metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions) to make data-driven improvements. Perform A/B testing of headlines, ad copy, visuals, and other creative elements. Budget Management Leverage the Google Ads budget of $10,000 effectively to maximize exposure and donations. Report on budget allocation and recommend adjustments to direct resources toward the most successful campaigns. Reporting & Collaboration Provide regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and future recommendations. Work closely with the fundraising, social media, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and strategic alignment. Stay updated on best practices, trends, and algorithm changes in Google Ads. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven Experience: A successful track record managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube), preferably for nonprofit or social-impact projects. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions for continuous performance improvement. Copywriting & Marketing Skills: Capable of creating persuasive ad copy that resonates emotionally and drives action. Familiarity with Nonprofit Fundraising: Significant advantage if you have previous experience in managing donations or campaigns for social causes. Organizational Ability: Aptitude for handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting targets and deadlines.
