Leveling the Fields is dedicated to dismantling barriers and creating equal opportunities in sports as they are a catalyst for building future women leaders. We are committed to providing universal access to sports for all girls, regardless of financial constraints, geographical limitations, and lack of options. We empower girls to thrive as future leaders.
Description
Leveling the Fields is a programs-focused nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of girls in sports, recognizing the strong correlation between sports participation and future leadership roles. We are committed to breaking down barriers and providing universal access to sports, regardless of financial constraints, geographical limitations, or lack of options. Through our targeted programs, we aim to get more girls into sports, keep them engaged, and equip them with the tools needed to thrive as future leaders.
Our 12-week empowerment program takes elementary school girls through three sports in four week intervals, helping them find the right sport for them.
