Tasks: Create, schedule, and post content across LTF’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, using Facebook Meta. Engage with our audience and monitor social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Organization Overview: Founded in April of 2024, Leveling the Fields (LTF) is a program-based nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating equal opportunities for young girls through sports. We believe sports are a powerful tool for fostering confidence, leadership, and resilience. Our programs focus on making a multitude of sports accessible to all girls, regardless of their location or financial situation. Through our initiatives, we aim to empower the next generation of female leaders by ensuring every girl has the chance to play, grow, and thrive. Join us in our mission and make a lasting impact in our community.
Overview: The Social Media Manager will assist in enhancing Leveling the Fields' (LTF) online and offline presence through various marketing initiatives. This role involves managing social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Check in with director weekly via email, attend weekly Zoom or in-person meetings with the director, and be available via email, text, or Slack.

Description
Leveling the Fields is a programs-focused nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of girls in sports, recognizing the strong correlation between sports participation and future leadership roles. We are committed to breaking down barriers and providing universal access to sports, regardless of financial constraints, geographical limitations, or lack of options. Through our targeted programs, we aim to get more girls into sports, keep them engaged, and equip them with the tools needed to thrive as future leaders.
Our 12-week empowerment program takes elementary school girls through three sports in four week intervals, helping them find the right sport for them.
