Description

Making a Measurable Difference in Heart Health: We listen to community stakeholders (200+ so far!), provide free screenings & education at planned health fairs, and involve trusted members of the community in our outreach-based research. "Health Fair as a Service" program brings awareness directly to local communities nationwide.

Strong Foundation, Expanding Our Reach and Growing Our National Footprint: Secure private funding launched us. We seek grant writers to expand our initiatives (Virtual Clinic, Health Fairs as a Service, etc.) and reach new cities (Indianapolis, Atlanta, Louisville, Orlando, San Jose, and Bloomington-Normal are imminent). Our vision for heart health is global.

Raising Awareness, Sparking Change: Our research informs educational programs and targeted social media campaigns that address both identified and hidden community needs. We seek volunteers with social media, graphic design, and email marketing skills to expand our outreach efforts and empower communities to take charge of their heart health.

Empowering All Ages Through Education: Our curricula educate all ages on heart health. Key points are given at health fairs, the full program will be on our website & YouTube channel. Video creators are needed for a wider reach.
