Affinity Care Hospice's mission is to provide patients with life-limiting illness the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our team is dedicated to helping patients and families maintain dignity and quality of life. We believe that hospice care should be available to any and all persons with an illness for which there is no cure or for the persons who elect not to attempt a cure, resulting in a limited life expectancy. Affinity's goal is to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to those in our care. We strive to empower the patient and family by providing them with the tools, information and support they need to make informed decisions. We provide ongoing support for family and friends for as long as it is needed.

Affinity Care of Maine is a family-owned hospice and palliative care provider servicing York and Cumberland counties in Maine. We are fairly new and growing fast. Our professionally trained staff live and work in the same communities as patients, helping them and their families to navigate the many care and service opportunities available. At Affinity Care Hospice we promise to continuously work to provide patients with the best service, the friendliest staff, and the most innovative care possible.

Each of our staff is wholeheartedly committed to the Affinity Care Hospice pledge, and that staff includes hospice volunteers who are an integral part of the care we offer.
