This may involve using scheduling software, arranging meeting spaces, and sending out reminders. Using Teams and Zoom. 3. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of donations, memberships, volunteers, and other pertinent information using database software or spreadsheets. This could also involve updating mailing lists and donor databases. 4. **Filing and Organization**: Keeping digital files organized and easily accessible. T 5. **Assisting with Fundraising Activities**: Supporting fundraising efforts by working along side our Community Outreach Coordinator. 6. **Correspondence and Communication**: Drafting and editing correspondence such as thank-you letters, newsletters, and grant proposals. This may also involve maintaining the organization's social media accounts and website. 7. **Volunteer Coordination**: Assisting with the recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers. This may include conducting volunteer orientations, communicating volunteer opportunities, and tracking volunteer hours. 10. **Supporting Leadership and Staff**: Providing administrative support. These duties require strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, a passion for the organization's mission and values is often beneficial in this role.

2 Care for Me Outreach is a nonprofit organization in Las Vegas, NV committed to supporting youth, low-income families, homeless youth, and the homeless population by providing essential resources, referrals, and support services. As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 term. Board Member Responsibilities: Governance and Oversight: Participate in setting the strategic direction of the organization. Ensure that 2 Care for Me Outreach fulfills its mission and adheres to its core values. Review and approve annual budgets, financial statements, and significant policies. Fundraising and Resource Development: Actively participate in fundraising efforts, including identifying and cultivating potential donors and sponsors. Assist in securing resources and partnerships to support the organization’s programs and initiatives. Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns. First year of Board Contribution is $300.00 and the 2nd year Board Contribution is $600.00. This can be paid in 2 installments. This can be contributed via personal funds or by raising funds. The first contribution is due at the beginning of starting and the next contribution is 6 months later. Community Advocacy: Serve as an ambassador for 2 Care for Me Outreach within your network and the broader community. Promote awareness of the organization’s mission, programs, and impact. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, businesses, and other nonprofits. Program Support and Evaluation: Provide input on program development and evaluation to ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Offer expertise and guidance on specific program areas, such as youth services, homelessness, or community outreach. Monitor the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements as needed. Board Meetings and Participation: Attend and actively participate in three board meetings per year, either virtually or in person. Review meeting materials in advance and contribute to discussions with thoughtful insights and recommendations. Serve on committees or task forces as needed, contributing your expertise and leadership. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all board activities. Maintain confidentiality regarding board discussions and organizational matters. What We’re Looking For: Passion for our mission and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Experience in one or more of the following areas: nonprofit management, fundraising, community outreach, education, or social services. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 2 Care for Me Outreach is seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The Volunteer Community Outreach Coordinator will play a vital role in connecting with community members, organizations, and volunteers to support our mission of giving back to the community through various outreach programs and events. We are only seeking someone in Las Vegas as this role will require for you to attend meeting with exsiting partnership organizations on a as needed basis. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Volunteer Recruitment and Coordination: Maintain a database of volunteers and their contact information. Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments for events. Follow up on existing volunteer opportunites with existing organizations Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, businesses, and stakeholders. Collaborate with community partners to identify areas of need and develop outreach initiatives to address them. Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of outreach events, including but not limited to food drives, school supply giveaways, and community events. Communication and Promotion: Communicate regularly with volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders to provide updates and solicit feedback.
