Driven by designers for designers, we offer a flexible platform for learning UX research, UX and UI design, user-centered design skills, as well as leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills. We are currently seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our goals. - Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, optimized for each platform. - Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. - Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and audience preferences to adapt strategies. - Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. - Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives. - Identify and engage with influencers or partners to amplify our brand message. Requirements: * Relevant experience in Social Media and Management. * Minimum of 3 months commitment * Commit 8-10 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * Preferably located in North America or as close to the PST time zone as possible. About the role We are looking for a Discord tech support who has previous experience in managing and working with Bots, permissions, roles, etc. Provide help support to users who are struggling while interacting with Discord. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in managing multiple Discord communities on tech support strong knowledge of Discord and willingness to experiment with new features to help grow the IterateUX community. Key Responsibilities: - Pre-event supports: Assist Coordinators to complete all event setups. - Event Announcement (Discord) + Send Confirmation letter + Google Calendar to Speakers + Recording Notice - Research Skills: Provide feedback on events and not hesitate to share research ideas for the Project Team - Conduct Interview: Conduct interviews with users to gather more data for Marketing and Project Team - Post-event support - Act as a Moderator for events - Attend weekly meetings with the IMU project team. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive volunteer Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the bookkeeper to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting. Assist in tracking financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the accuracy of our QuickBooks system. Provide support in the preparation and filing of taxes for the year 2024, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with the founder to discuss the process and strategies for the upcoming tax period and other financial planning initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or/and CPA. Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations of CRA Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Soft Skills: Proactive: Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
