(HHCP) is a nurse-owned, registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities with health education and access to care. We support healthcare professionals and first responders across Georgia through crisis relief, education, and advocacy programs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us reach a wider audience. Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Specialist to join us as a volunteer. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to raise awareness of HHCP’s mission, engage potential donors, and support our fundraising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with HHCP's team to create and execute marketing plans that enhance our visibility and support fundraising efforts. Social Media Management: Create engaging content for HHCP's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase awareness, engage followers, and drive traffic to fundraising campaigns. Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and donor communications to keep supporters informed and engaged. Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, such as flyers, infographics, blog posts, and videos, to showcase our programs and impact. Event Promotion: Support the promotion of fundraising events, ensuring maximum reach and engagement from potential attendees and donors. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, digital communications, or social media management. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software. As we continue to grow and scale our impact, we seek a dedicated Program Director to lead and oversee the implementation of our programs. Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Director to join us as a volunteer. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of HHCP’s programs to ensure they align with our mission and strategic goals. As Program Director, you will work closely with the leadership team, volunteers, and partners to manage our current programs and help expand our reach to support more healthcare professionals and communities. Key Responsibilities: Program Development and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HHCP’s programs, ensuring they are effective, impactful, and aligned with our mission. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for expanding program offerings, enhancing program quality, and increasing community impact. Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage program volunteers, providing them with the guidance and support needed to deliver high-quality services. As we approach our fifth year of operation, HHCP is transitioning from a 100% volunteer-led organization to hiring at least five employees as we scale to better serve our mission. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and visionary leader to join our organization as the Board Chair. This is a volunteer role that offers a unique opportunity to lead our nonprofit during an exciting period of growth and restructuring. The Board Chair will play a critical role in guiding HHCP's strategic direction, ensuring effective governance, and driving the organization’s mission to support healthcare professionals and underserved communities. Our Current Challenge: As we restructure, our immediate goal is to secure sustainable operational funding and bring on fractional C-Suite leadership to elevate HHCP to the next level. The Board Chair will be instrumental in steering our strategic efforts, supporting our transition from a volunteer-led organization, and helping us achieve sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with HHCP's mission, goals, and strategic plan.
