Are you passionate about vegan food, community engagement, and expanding vegan options in your city? Join Vegan Outreach as Lead Volunteer Organizer for the Vegan Chef Challenge, a month-long celebration of vegan cuisine in your city! What is the Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC) ? The VCC is a fun and impactful event designed to dramatically increase vegan options in cities across the country. It lasts for an entire month, launching on the 1st of any given month, and for 2025, it can be organized any month between March and October. Lead Organizer Requirements Organize a VCC with at least two other volunteers Commit to the entire event from start to finish, which takes about 3 months Lead Organizer Benefits Engage with your local community and promote veganism through a fun, foodie-focused event Build long-lasting relationships with local restaurants and chefs to expand vegan options Receive all marketing supplies and materials to make your event a success Get dedicated guidance every step of the way from Vegan Outreach's experienced team No out-of-pocket expenses are involved - everything you need will be provided! We are specifically looking to organize VCCs in cities with a metro population between 70,000 and 300,000.
