Strongly recommend it for teens (14-18)! It's a great way to engage with the community while learning essential people skills, organization, and more! The staff is incredibly nice and the other volunteers I have worked with have been nothing but helpful and friendly. This a great way to give back to the community on a budget, both financially and time-wise. When and where you volunteer is up to you and they're super accommodating as long as you communicate. Definitely plan to continue volunteering throughout the rest of high school!

The Carrollton public library is a great institution that provides opportunities for children, adolescents and adults to exercise their potential and learn new things.
