Are you knowledgeable about software, social media platforms or other computer content? Are you also interested in sharing that knowledge with your community? Then we have an opportunity for you! The Carrollton Public Libraries are dedicated to offering computer instruction classes for all ages and skill levels on a variety of topics, and we are currently seeking a volunteer or two who would like to spend a few hours each month teaching classes on what they know.
Currently scheduled opportunities include:
- Intro to Computers
- Beginning to Intermediate MS Word
- Beginning to Intermediate MS Excel
The ideal volunteer will work with the Library to develop and present materials to our registered attendees on pre-arranged dates at times. Future schedules may be developed to accommodate volunteer and Library schedules.
- Both or either Library Location
- Weekends and Evenings, preferred
- 1.5-2 hours in length

The Carrollton Public Library is dedicated to serving our communities by bringing meaningful programs and resources to all ages and education levels. Our Carrollton Libraries are the Hebron & Josey Library located at 4220 N. Josey Ln, and the Josey Ranch Lake Library located at 1700 Keller Springs Road.
