This is a remote role. Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for assisting the HR & Recruiting Assistant Manager in acquiring new talent for a variety of volunteer positions in Random Acts. The recruiter should have extensive experience working with people in a variety of positions outside of Random Acts. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes, will be able to represent Random Acts well, and will be able to clearly and effectively explain volunteer options that are available. Responsibilities include: Identify potential candidates to fill volunteer positions. Review and analyze resumes Be on the lookout for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally Perform initial screenings for potential volunteers Identify new recruiting sources Post jobs across all recruiting sources Coordinate with College Career Centers for internships and Position Requirements: Excellent computer skills Strong communication Skills Well organized Tactful, outgoing, creative and enthusiastic Significant experience as a recruiter, sourcing specialist, recruiting coordinator, or head hunter.

JOB SUMMARY This role requires between 5-10 hours a week commitment, including some weekends. Reporting to the Senior HR Coordinator and the Assistant Manager HR, the HR Coordinators support the hiring process by being the main point of contact from application to onboarding. The HR Coordinator schedules interviews and onboarding according to guidelines and keeps applicant and employee records up to date in the system. Working closely with the HR Leadership Team and all members of staff may develop policies and procedures with a focus on staff and volunteer relations while ensuring compliance with relevant employment-related laws and legislations. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the HR programs, procedures, onboarding, and guidelines that support the general functioning of the organization, including volunteer management, employment law, and staff relations. Maintain the internal content of the staff intranet (Podio) in collaboration with the HR Leadership Team and IT Manager Keep the HR Leadership Team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the well-being of the organization, escalating to the Director and the Executive Team where necessary Attend regular staff and departmental meetings and attend meetings when assigned as the designated HR representative. The IT Admin is responsible for the organization’s day-to-day IT operations, as well as providing technical expertise and support to all staff members. Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Admin will work closely with all staff members and will undertake various IT projects as necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for organization-wide IT support. Keep informed of new technologies and explore opportunities for improving the organization’s technology environment. Assume first-line responsibility for day-to-day IT operations, encompassing administrative tasks and efficiently resolving technical issues. Follow security procedures to safeguard the organization’s data/information phishing attacks. Assist staff members with the technical development and maintenance of the staff intranet (Podio), including providing training sessions. Maintain open communication with the IT Manager, providing timely updates on significant issues that may pose risks to the organization's well-being and escalating to the Director when appropriate. JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Creative Director, the Multimedia Manager oversees the planning, production, and editing of Random Acts’ multimedia elements, particularly in relation to videos, photographs, and graphic design, and may be required to create/edit videos, graphics, and/or photographs themselves. The Multimedia Manager also oversees other members of the Multimedia department. The Multimedia Manager supports the implementation of Random Acts’ branding guidelines and provides support for all members of staff in utilizing the brand. This person will be expected to provide flexibility and cover/support for the rest of the Multimedia Department where required. Responsibilities Manage the Multimedia Staff (video, photography, graphic design) and their workload, ensuring that all media are produced on time and per the relevant Standard Operating Procedures Assign project briefs to Multimedia staff. Work closely with other departments (such as Messaging, Digital Marketing, and Fundraising) to ensure brand adhesive messaging reaches our supporters in a timely manner. With the Creative Director, be a steward of brand cohesion. Demonstrated experience working on DEI&B related initiatives including experience creating and delivering training on diversity and inclusion topics. Experience working with global non-profits is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into insights, stories, and visual representations to present and share across Random Acts.
