Do you speak Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or another language fluently? You can make an important difference to our hospice patients and families by providing friendly companionship visits to our patients during their last months of life.
Our next training starts at the in mid-November 2024.

Description
As one of the first hospices in the country, and the first in Massachusetts, we have been here - offering coordinated, professional community care since 1978. Good Shepherd is proud to offer a range of programs including Hospice, Pediatric Palliative Care and Community Palliative Care. Within our hospice program, we have specially trained professionals and volunteers in several multicultural programs: Caminos de Paz Latino Hospice Program, Krug Zaboty Russian Hospice Program, and 牧 愛 社 區 服 務, Chinese Hospice Program. We are LGBTQ-inclusive, are a Level 4 member of the We Honor Veterans Program, and are accredited by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice.
