ChristianaCare in collaboration with Delaware AccentCare (formerly Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of Delaware), volunteers both give and receive many benefits from joining our program, including free comprehensive training. We have two categories in which your support and talents can be provided: DIRECT CARE--companionship (read, walk, play music, sing, hold hands, caregiver relief), bereavement/emotional support, spiritual support, vigil support, pet therapy, cosmetology, and massage. INDIRECT CARE--office administrative support, special event support, crafts (legacy projects),and community outreach/recruitment. Place of Service: Seasons office, homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, & inpatient facilities within your community.
