Become a mentor with Horizons! This is our first ever mentorship program meant to support SF public school youth through navigating high school, post-secondary planning, and social-emotional skills that will prepare them for the future!
If you are passionate about helping the youth and guiding them to a successful future, please don't hesitate to apply!
You will be paired with a group of 5 students where you'd meet with them bi-weekly in the community for at least an hour for a total of 8 sessions beginning in mid-February.
