Time Requirements:

Hours per Week/Month: 4 to 15 hour per month
Schedule Requirements: Saturday at 5pm-6:30pm / Before and after outings
Duration: "Ongoing" for year 2025

Position Overview:

The importance of this position is to maintain accurate records of attendees for safety protocols,
and to develop accurate contact information.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist attendees with the check in process
2. Assist attendees with the check out process
3. Maintain accurate contact information for attendees
