Christmas time is upon us! As magical as it can feel for some people, for many patients and family members this time of year brings feelings of sadness. They will remember the good holidays of the past while knowing that most likely it will be the last one with their loved one. The magical part of hospice is the way that it involves community members as volunteers. There are many different things that a volunteer may do with a patient. Sometimes it is sitting bedside and chatting, sometimes it is helping with light housekeeping and other times it is watching tv or listening to music. The opportunities are only limited by imagination!

We require that you are a kind and compassionate person who wants to be a part of this amazing work. We will provide you with all the necessary training and support!
