Essential Volunteer Positions for Our First Year:

1. Program Coordinators - Help plan and oversee impactful programs like EmpowerNet and creative outreach initiatives.
2. Marketing & Communications Volunteers - Spread the word about our mission through social media, community events, and other platforms.
3. Fundraising & Events Volunteers - Assist in organizing events and campaigns to raise funds and awareness for our programs.
4. Community Outreach Volunteers - Build connections with local organizations, schools, and families to expand our reach.
5. Youth Mentors or Program Specialists - Work directly with children to provide guidance, mentorship, and skills training.
6. Administrative Support Volunteers - Help with essential behind-the-scenes tasks like data entry, scheduling, and communications.
7. Graphic Design & Media Volunteers - Create engaging visuals and content to showcase our work and inspire others.
8. Grant Writers - Assist in writing proposals to secure funding for our programs.
9. Event Support Staff - Lend a hand during community events, helping with logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
10. Volunteer Recruiters - Help us bring together a passionate team by identifying and recruiting new volunteers.
