Communications Committee Member Position for Charleston MINI Club (CMC)
The CMC Communications Committee Members are vital to maintaining and enhancing the club's digital presence, engaging members through dynamic social media content and strategic communication efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Develop and implement a consistent social media strategy
- Share club events, achievements, and member highlights
- Capture, edit, and post high-quality photos and media from club events
Content Creation
- Develop interesting and informative posts that showcase the MINI community
- Write compelling captions and descriptions
- Share club news, upcoming events, and member spotlights
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
Member Engagement
- Respond to comments and messages promptly
- Encourage member interaction and community building
- Monitor social media channels for community feedback
- Help grow the club's online following
Coordination
- Work closely with the Secretary and Events Coordinator
- Collaborate with other committee members to ensure cohesive communication
- Support club marketing and promotional efforts
The ideal Communications Committee Member candidate should possess:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Basic photo and video editing capabilities
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Passion for the MINI community
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
