This crucial role supports the smooth operation of our club by managing essential documentation and facilitating clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain accurate minutes for Board meetings, conference calls, and annual meetings Post approved minutes to the CMC website for member access Distribute draft minutes to Board members and Executive Director for review Ensure availability of current By-Laws and Robert's Rules of Order at all meetings Send timely notices for general meetings as per By-Laws Manage annual collection and recording of Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Statements from Board members Assist with club correspondence and member notifications Support the development of new committees and coordination of club events Ideal Candidate: Excellent writing and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with basic computer applications and website management Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Enthusiasm for the MINI community and club activities This volunteer position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in our club's operations while connecting with fellow MINI enthusiasts.
