Help honor and support military members, veterans, and their families by assisting at local events like Military Stand-downs, Yellow Ribbon programs, parades, and more. As a Service to the Armed Forces Event Support volunteer, you'll represent the Red Cross and make a difference in your community through hands-on support and collaboration with military and veteran organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist at SAF events, parades, and community runs.
- Represent the American Red Cross at monthly meetings with local military and veteran support organizations.
- Provide hands-on support in Red Cross facilities and at community event sites.
Time Commitment: This role involves occasional in-person commitments at events and monthly meetings.
