First Aid Volunteer Needed for Special Olympics Fall Tournament

If you are a health care worker and want to offer your skills to tend to any scrapes and bruises sustained in the heat of fun competition - please join us at the Special Olympics NC Fall Tournament on November 22 and 23! Athletes will be competing at 6 venues in the Charlotte area and we need a skilled First Aid volunteer at each. Venues include:
- Golf at the Charles T. Myers Golf Course
- Bocce at the UNCC Northeast Recreational Field Complex
- Cycling at the Charlotte Police and Fire Training Academy
- Soccer and Softball at Frank Liske Park in Concord
- Tennis at Hornet's Nest Park
- Roller Skating at Frye's Roller Rink in Concord
Athletes come from across North Carolina to compete in these annual games and we need your help to ensure the event is safe for all participants and attendees. Join us!
Special Olympics NC will provide a volunteer t-shirt and lunch to volunteers who are volunteering for 5 or more hours.
