Join the It's a Military Life team and make a direct impact on the lives of military children and families through the It's a Military Child Life program!
As an Administrative Program Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our nonprofit’s operations, helping us deliver vital support to military families through:
-Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
-Creating engaging content for our social media, newsletters, and website
-Organizing files and program information to enhance efficiency
-Drafting communications and coordinating between teams and departments
What we’re looking for:
-Minimum 5 hours/week commitment for 6-12 months
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
-Experience in administrative support, content creation, or marketing
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team
-Passion for the military community and a desire to make a difference
