Social Media Manager Position

We're seeking creative individuals to manage social media and create content for ChromaLearn, an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged youth succeed in life. The ideal candidate should have experience with social media management, video content creation, and a passion for education. The webiste URL is https://www.chromalearn.org

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Interact with followers and promote ChromaLearn's tutoring services
  • Analyze metrics to evaluate post performance and engagement
  • Create video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Familiarity with video editing software
  • Creative approach to content creation
  • Available to respond to messages promptly, including weekends (weekdays if possible)
  • Comfortable to show face in videos and posts

ChromaLearn is a non-profit organization, which provides a free tutoring sessions for unprivileged students. Our primary goal is to support students in their learning, in developing their subject-matter confidence, and in stress-free exam preparation. All of our tutors required to be in High School or above.

Description

ChromaLearn is a non-profit organization, which’s main mission is free tutoring for unprivileged students. We’ve applied and were qualified for a 501(c)(3)- which is aa portion of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and a specific tax category for nonprofit organizations. At the moment, we’re looking for new team members, which includes:
* Tutors
* Tutor Managers
* Marketing/ SMM members
* Tech (Coding, experienced at WordPress, Website Development) members

We’re also eligible to give out service hours for tutors, which can boost your college resume if you’re a High School Senior! We’re looking forward for you to join a ChromaLearn Team! Sign up for our event for all the details.
