The Graphic Design Associate will play a vital role in shaping NGA’s visual presence by providing design support across a range of platforms and materials. Your work will encompass creating visually compelling designs for social media content, website graphics, branding elements, and printed materials. You will ensure that all design elements are consistent with NGA’s brand identity and effectively communicate the organisation’s mission and values.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Web Management teams to develop eye-catching and engaging visuals that help strengthen community outreach and support public campaigns. Your designs will directly contribute to NGA’s efforts to foster connection and build trust within diverse communities.
The Graphic Design Associate will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Web Management teams, as well as contribute to NGA’s brand development and public campaigns. This key role directly supports NGA’s mission to build connections across differences and foster more cohesive, trusting communities through impactful visual design.

Skills and Experience:
Graphic Design Skills - Experience using design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other tools to create high-quality visuals for digital and print media.
Branding Experience - An understanding of how to create and apply consistent branding elements, including logos, colour schemes, and typography, across various formats.
Content Creation - Ability to design engaging graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with NGA’s messaging.
Basic Print Design - Familiarity with preparing materials for print, such as flyers, brochures, or posters, would be helpful.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency with online design tools and comfort with collaborating using Google Workspace applications.

We are an volunteer led organisation with over 40 volunteers and a wide range of projects geared toward building connection and relationship across all the many differences in the Newington Green area of London.
