ORGANIZATION: Volunteers of America, Utah

As a meal service volunteer, you will help provide positive community engagement and help us meet nutritional needs. Breakfast meal service is an enjoyable two-hour commitment working alongside VOA staff in our kitchen, helping us serve breakfast to 200+ women who are sheltering in our Women's Resource Center. Your volunteer service will include assisting us with light meal prep, serving our ladies their meal, and finally, quick clean up. Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

This volunteer opportunity provides individuals a meaningful experience connecting and engaging through positive support for our residents.

Volunteers of America, Utah is a human services 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with more than 300 paid staff who serve more than 8,000 people across the state each year through programs addressing homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, and domestic violence. Thousands of volunteers and partners join with us to accomplish our mission to reach and uplift those in greatest need.
