Are you a creative student or professional with graphic design skills? Pickens County Habitat for Humanity (PCHFH) is seeking a Volunteer Graphic Designer to help us design our annual impact report! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your design talents and help communicate the impact we’ve made in the community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use Canva to design and layout our annual impact report, turning data and images into an engaging and visually appealing document.
  • Work with our team to incorporate provided content, including data, images, and key information about the families we’ve served and the homes we’ve built.
  • Ensure the final design reflects PCHFH’s mission and values, helping to tell our story in a clear, compelling way.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience using Canva for graphic design and layout.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity, with an eye for clear, user-friendly design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for nonprofit work and helping communicate the impact of Habitat for Humanity’s mission.
  • A portfolio of design work is a plus, but not required.

Commitment: This is a short-term volunteer position requiring approximately five hours per week for four weeks. We will provide all the necessary data and images-you’ll provide the creative touch to bring it all together. This is a great opportunity to enhance your portfolio while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Why Volunteer with Us? By volunteering with Pickens County Habitat for Humanity, you’ll play a key role in helping us share our story with the community. Your design will help communicate the impact we’ve made in providing safe, affordable housing for families in need. Plus, you’ll gain valuable experience working on a real-world project that can be used in your professional portfolio.

Interested? If you’re ready to apply your graphic design skills to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you! Together, we can build a community where everyone has a decent place to live-one home at a time.
