Joy & Support: Be a Respite Assistant for Older Adults with Memory Loss
ORGANIZATION: Lyngblomsten Care Center
Please visit the new page to apply.
Want to bring joy and support to those facing memory loss? Make a difference as a Respite Assistant!
Give the Gift of Time and Laughter
Support families caring for loved ones with early- to mid-stage memory loss by providing four hours of stimulating activities and social connection. See the joy on someone's face as you help them rediscover favorite activities and connect with others. This allows caregivers a much-needed break to recharge.
Be a Part of the Fun!
Spark creativity and laughter! Help adults with memory loss engage in fun activities like crafts, music, gentle movement, and even trivia! All activities are planned and led by a staff member. No prior experience is necessary, and training is provided.
