Join us at our newly launching Atlanta Campus to help create a meaningful and impactful environment for our middle and high school youth as they participate in our youth development programs! From checking students in, to serving food, to setting up and breaking down, you'll have the chance to create a safe space for students to learn life skills, character, and job readiness assets through our year long youth program. We have several roles available on our "Dream Team" including hospitality, food service, youth engagement, making sweet treats and more!

The program currently will run weekly on Thursday evenings, 5:30-9:30pm for 10 weeks from January-March, once monthly during April-August, and weekly on Thursdays for 10 weeks September-November. It is not required to be present at every session, though consistency is preferred.

The ideal candidate has a passion for seeing youth thrive, and has a welcoming and hospitable attitude to help our youth have a meaningful experience. Prior experience with youth programs is a bonus, but not required. All candidates must pass a background check and complete a Child Safety Training video series.

Mission Statement

We are restoring hope to youth in crisis by providing pathways to thriving adulthood.

Description

Four Corners Group seeks to decrease juvenile recidivism and end the school-to-prison pipeline by providing youth with education, support, and empowerment to realize their full potential and live successful lives. We serve youth who are:

  • Historically underserved and facing challenges
  • Attending Title I schools
  • Dropped out of school
  • Enrolled in an alternative school
  • Recently released from juvenile detention centers
  • Currently involved in the juvenile court system or juvenile facilities

Through prevention, intervention, and restoration we work to provide pathways to a thriving adulthood by offering youth programs in Cobb County.
