Light Housekeeping for Hospice patients
Allelon Hospice is looking for a compasionate person to help hospice patients and caregivers with light housekeeping duties.
Hospice patients are at the end-of-life and many family members who care for them may not be able to keep up with the cleaning. A volunteer comes along and assists these patients/caregivers with some of the lighter duties.
Duties could include:
- Dusting
- Vacuuming/sweeping
- Dishes
- Wiping doen counters and sinks
- NO bathrooms or scrubbing floors
Time commitment: One patient ususally requires 2 hours per week. You make your schedule based off your needs and our patients needs.
Don't have experience with hospice? Not to worry, we provide all the training you need!
Please Note: Our main office is located in Pueblo, but we service Walsenburg & surrounding areas
