Join Our Team as an Administrative Volunteer at Andwell Hospice!
Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Andwell Hospice, the BEST and ONLY NON-PROFIT HOSPICE IN THE AREA, is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Administrative Volunteers. Duties can include helping with special events, handwrighting birthday cards, filling party bags, scanning, filing etc.
About Us: Andwell Hospice provides exceptional care and support to patients and their families during challenging times. Our mission is to offer comfort, dignity, and peace to those we serve.
Role: Administrative Volunteer
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- ASSIST WITH SPECIAL EVENTS
- SCAN RECORDS
- 4 HOUR SHIFTS
- WRITE OUT BIRTHDAY CARDS
- FILL SWAG/GIFT BAGS FOR NEW EMPLOYEES
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
