Are you passionate about social media and growing nonprofit organizations? Embrace Abilities is looking for a skilled volunteer familiar with social media analytics to help us expand our reach without relying heavily on paid ads. If you have the knowledge and experience to develop organic growth strategies, we’d love to have you on our team!

Role: Social Media Analytics Specialist
Commitment: Flexible hours, remote opportunity
Duration: Ongoing with potential for longer-term involvement

Responsibilities:

• Analyze our current social media presence and identify growth opportunities
• Develop strategies to increase engagement and reach organically
• Track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools
• Recommend best practices and create a growth plan tailored to our nonprofit’s goals
• Collaborate with our team to optimize content and build an engaged online community

Skills Needed:

• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies on social media platforms
• Ability to develop data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting nonprofits and making a positive impact in the community
