The Donovans Venom
Providing Music Education To All

About Us:

The Donovan’s Venom, INC. is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting education and community engagement. We're excited to be moving into our first official building soon, but in the meantime, we operate out of a temporary garage space filled with toys, decorations, school supplies, and learning materials. These items support our classroom programs and holiday season events, and we need help getting organized as we prepare for this exciting transition.

We’re looking for a Inventory Organization Project to join our growing team!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with organizing and tracking inventory in our temporary workspace. The role will involve sorting, labeling, and creating a sustainable system for managing supplies so that they are easily accessible and maneuverable. This position is crucial as we prepare for the holiday season and upcoming live events.

What you’ll do:

  • Organize toys, decorations, and school supplies for easy access

  • Label and track inventory to ensure clear identification and efficient storage

  • Create a sustainable system to maintain order in the workspace

  • Assist with preparing items for classroom programs and holiday events

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth transition to our new building

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working in a home-based garage environment until our move

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a growing nonprofit

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a nonprofit during a pivotal time of growth. You'll be making a real difference by helping us organize for success, ensuring that we can continue serving our community through the holidays and beyond.
