We’re looking for a Fund Development Coordinator to join our growing team! What you’ll do: Oversee all aspects of grant research, application processes, and execution to ensure successful acquisition and management of grant funding. Identify and cultivate donor relationships that align with grant opportunities. Work closely with our Finance Team, develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals and mission.develop a comprehensive funding plan for our new fiscal year. Help our organization move forward through a comprehensive approach, including fundraising events, constituent relationships, marketing, and communications., amongst other functions Organize and develop our sponsorship tiers for potential corporate and individual donors and ideas for gift giveaways to our most prominent donors. Actively seek support for our organization from individuals, corporate entities, and foundations to further our mission and expand our impact. Cultivate long term relationships with our current donors and partners. Seek support for our organization and cause from individuals, larger corporate and or foundational entities Manage Salesforce CRM platform to consolidate donor relationships What we’re looking for: 2+ years experience with grant writing, fundraising, campaign management, event fundraising, or similar Experience in building and maintaining relationships with donors, volunteers, community members, and other stakeholders who can contribute to fundraising efforts Ability to steward relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and engaged in the organization's mission and activities Ability to effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and direct mail campaigns Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to fundraising, including donor confidentiality and data protection regulations Understanding of fundraising and donor financial management principles and applications Possession of excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, philanthropy, marketing, communications, or related field Experience in Salesforce CRM Platform is a plus.

We’re looking for Child Dancers! What we’re looking for: We are seeking child actors (ages 7-12) for a one-time volunteer appearance in a short demo video promoting our mission. This is a great opportunity for a young performer to gain experience and contribute to a meaningful cause. Ideal Candidate: Age 7-12 Comfortable performing on camera or in front of an audience Some prior acting or stage experience preferred Parent/guardian permission required for participation Participate in a short scripted demo Filming will be supervised and child-friendly Footage may be used in promotional material (with permission) All participants will receive: Refreshments A gift bag A fun, engaging creative experience

We are seeking a Content/Copywriter for The Donovan’s Piano Room website and app. What you’ll do: You’ll jump into our on-going project (website redesign and app design) quickly familiarize yourself with our brand voice - lively, encouraging, educational, and welcoming - and create engaging copy for a variety of assets that connect with our audience, ensuring every word we publish aligns with our mission and inspires our community. Product Descriptions: Write clear, appealing descriptions for shop items, including books, merchandise, gift cards, and membership packages. Banners: Create attention-grabbing banners for holiday sales, deals, and upgrades. CTA Pop-Ups: Craft compelling call-to-action copy for initiatives like toy drives, giveaways, event reminders, and special offers. Google Ads: Write engaging ad copy to drive traffic and conversions. Social Media Assistance: Consult with the social media team on copy across digital platforms, as needed. Fact-Check and Verify: Ensure all published content is accurate, well-researched, and aligned with our values. Collaboration: You’ll be collaborating with the Executive Suite, team leads, marketing, ux/ui designers, and developers. What we’re looking for: Someone with some prior content or copywriting experience who is eager to learn and grow. A willingness to accept feedback, take initiative, and work proactively. Availability to dedicate 5-10 hours per week to the project (or more if possible). Someone with a portfolio or examples of previous work that we can discuss and walk through in an initial meeting.
