We’re looking for a Fund Development Coordinator to join our growing team! What you’ll do: Help with grant research and grant applications and find donors to match the grants we receive Help our organization move forward through a comprehensive approach, including fundraising, constituent relationships, marketing, and communications, amongst other functions Organize and develop our sponsorship tiers and ideas for gift giveaways to our most prominent donors Seek support for our organization and cause from larger corporate and or foundational entities Manage Salesforce CRM platform to consolidate donor relationships What we’re looking for: Experience in Salesforce is a plus Experience with grant writing, fundraising, campaign management, event fundraising, or similar Experience in building and maintaining relationships with donors, volunteers, community members, and other stakeholders who can contribute to fundraising efforts Ability to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals and mission Ability to steward relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and engaged in the organization's mission and activities Ability to effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and direct mail campaigns Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to fundraising, including donor confidentiality and data protection regulations Understanding of fundraising and donor financial management principles and applications Possession of excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, philanthropy, marketing, communications, or related field

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing team! What you’ll do: We are seeking an experienced Volunteer Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across the organization. This role will focus on building teams and executing recruitment strategies swiftly to attract experienced talent eager to volunteer and contribute to our mission. Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the volunteer recruitment process. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria for volunteer roles. Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on available roles, industry standards, and organizational needs. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes across various platforms, including social media and networking events. Screen applications and select qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews, overseeing the preparation of interview questions and other selection materials. Conduct interviews alongside managers and stakeholders, providing insights and facilitating the decision-making process. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as organizational policies. Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions to enhance outreach. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure a positive candidate experience. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract potential candidates. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new volunteers. Demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to and add value to our volunteer organization. What we’re looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics. Proactive and independent with a proven ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with applicant-tracking software (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required. At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.

What you’ll do: Platform Expertise: App developers who specialize in specific platforms such as iOS (Apple devices like iPhones and iPads), Android (devices from various manufacturers), or cross-platform solutions that work on multiple platforms. Programming Languages and Tools: Developers who can use programming languages like Swift or Objective-C for iOS, Java or Kotlin for Android, and languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web apps. They also utilize development environments, libraries, and frameworks specific to their chosen platform. Functionality: App developers who can write the code that provides the app's functionality, whether it's a game, a trigger, or a productivity tool, or something else entirely.
